I like the supportive staff. I want to early check-in but because the room is not available then help us to keep my language. and while check-out also helps to keep the language in a safe place.

The position is the only advantage.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, they moved our reservation one night as we had a major situation on the highway and could not arrive on the first day when we planned to arrive. We were very grateful for the hotel’s flexibility and not charging for the date change. The hotel is in the heart of Oaxaca city, one block from the cathedral. Rooms are comfortable, pleasant although most have windows to the central patio / corridors. Hence, the drapes always have to be pulled in. The central patio is very pleasant as well.

the rooms were ugly, no windows, no rug at all anywhere in the room. lighting was horrible. one morning at 7:00am we experienced a lot of noise from staff dragging furniture in an upper floor.

Clean, nice bathroom, bathrobes, good location, relatively quiet, but potential for noise because there was only one big window that gave onto the hall/patio and if anyone was there talking ityou could hear everything.

The overall staff were great. I ended up having breakfast elsewhere because there are so many terrific options close by - especially for good coffee.

The staff was friendly and nice. Great location! Everything is walking distance and if you don’t want to walk then getting a taxi was no problem. Breakfast was decent.

The staff were super nice and accommodating to the fact that we didn’t speak Spanish and our battle with food poisoning. We communicated mostly using a translation app. They were also very kind when our hotel room flooded and offered full cleanup and brand new amenities like sheet changes and new toiletries. We understand not everything is in their control - like plumbing - so we appreciated their efforts to try and make us comfortable.

Great location Good breakfast, 2 options I.e. eggs or hot cakes served with fruit and a coffee. Staff were pleasant. Laundry service available, dropped off 5kg and returned cleaned and folded the following day. Air-conditioning available but we did not need it.

Service was excellent! Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in great condition, very well decorated and maintained. It's not all plush and luxurious, but it is attractive and comfortable (and much less expensive, so very good value). The terrace is a great place to eat or have a drink after a long day and has good views of the mountains and city.
